Heather Herrig

Heather Herrig has always possessed a deep love for the written word; she joins Write-Choice Services, Inc., eager to support aspiring authors in their writing journeys.

While studying English at the University of Georgia, Heather discovered the field of publishing as a vocational means to continue her passion for reading and writing. In the summer of 2001, she attended and graduated from the University of Denver's Publishing Institure.  Offering a concentrated curriculum covering all major aspects of the publishing industry, this program gave Heather a foundational set of tools for beginning her career – and reinforced her sense of belonging in the publishing world.

Heather soon began to make preparations for a move to New York City – the natural starting ground for all aspiring publishers. However, her plans (and subsequently her career path) changed dramatically when the city was rocked by the events of 9/11 (as, of course, was the rest of the world). After discussions with her family and thoughtful prayer, she resolved that her place was still in Atlanta for the time being.

Even after an unfruitful job search in Atlanta’s small publishing market, Heather’s passion for writing did not waver. She began to accumulate small freelance writing, marketing, and editing projects, which evolved into a sustainable consulting business that she ran for several years.

With Write-Choice Services, Inc., Heather merges her education, experience, natural editing skills, marketing expertise, and publishing enthusiasm into an essential support structure for writers. Her ambition is to offer future authors the resources, encouragement, and guidance they need to achieve their writing goals.

Betsy Rhame-Minor

Betsy Rhame-Minor began her career as a newspaper reporter while earning a bachelor’s degree in English at Meredith College. Betsy enjoys helping writers organize their thoughts on paper, editing their work and participating in the writing process.

In her spare time, Betsy plays tennis and travels. She is an avid reader and loves to cook.
